Shipping policy

For the best customer experience, please review our shipping policy outlined below.

1. Shipping Calculation:

  • Shipping costs are calculated as flat rate based on the weight of the physical products purchased. The shipping cost will be shown during the checkout process.

2. Customization and Printing:

  • All physical products are printed after purchase, specifically based on your selected customization.
  • Once your purchase is complete, changes to the customization cannot be made. Please carefully review and confirm your customization and order details before finalizing your purchase.


3. Printing Timeframe:

  • The printing process for books typically takes 5-7 business days after completed and approved by you. 
  • Shirt Completion from time of order until you receive it is about 14 days. In order to offer a wide selection of colors, shirt styles and sizing I do not maintain inventory and each shirt must be ordered from my supplier. 
  • Please note that printing times may vary depending on order volume and complexity, specifically at the end of the year.  


4. Shipping Times:

  • Once your order has been complete, it will be prepared for shipping.
  • Shipping times will depend on your location and where the item is shipped from. Not all items are physically shipped by me (such as the books)
  • Please allow additional time for shipping during peak seasons or holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable) to monitor the progress of your package.


5. Delivery:

  • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen transportation delays.
  • If you encounter any issues or concerns regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

6. International Shipping:

  • At this time Canadian shipping is available on some products. All shirt products are excluded at this time. 

7. Order Tracking:

  • For eligible orders, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the shipping carrier's system after receiving the tracking number.
